Snow Days
My school was off for a week, because of the snow! We had only two hours on Monday! It was so awesome! I went sledding and made hot chocolate!

Cinnamon Rolls
This recipe was made up by me. I hope you like it!
Ingredients:
2 cups of flour
1/4 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 cup of milk or soymilk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/8 cup of oil
cinnamon mixed with sugar
powdered sugar
lemon juice
butter or margarine
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar and baking powder together. Add milk, vanilla and oil, stir. If dough is to wet add more flour until it's about the consistency of bread dough. Roll into a rectangle. Spread a thin layer of butter or margarine over dough. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture over the butter. Roll the dough from the short end and cut into slices about and inch thick. Cook rolls for 10-15 minutes on 350 Fahrenheit. While the rolls are in the oven stir powdered sugar and lemon juice together until there is enough to cover all the rolls. Let the rolls cool for a few minutes before spooning the powdered sugar-lemon juice icing over the top of them. Enjoy!

Heidi
Heidi is a really good book! It's about a girl who goes to live with her grandfather who is suposed to be really mean, but Heidi loves him. Then she is taken away and is homesick. Finally she goes back to her
grandfather. There is many versions but the one that I just read was by Puffin Classics. Number of exclamation marks: ! ! ! ! !
